Institutional Refoundation is formed as a political organisation that seeks to restore trust between the citizen and the state. It does not limit itself to protest, nor to isolated administrative improvements. It proposes a coherent system of rules, institutional counterweights and workable public policies.
The starting point is security: personal, public, economic, social and national. Justice ensures that this power is exercised lawfully, proportionately and with accountability. The homeland is the space of shared responsibility, historical continuity, productive creation and democratic sovereignty.
Security without justice becomes arbitrariness. Justice without security remains inapplicable. A homeland without the first two is weakened.
